"We had such a great time learning all about one of our favorite foods- Ibérico! Cynthia did a great time explaining all there is about the pigs, regions and what classifies each type. It was just myself and my partner at the class; we had a bottle of Cava and plenty of samples to taste. The class was approximately 90 minutes long and is in a great location, allowing us to visit the La Sagrada Familia right after. I highly recommend this class if you want to learn more about the region’s famous charcuterie and are in the area."

"Our class was just my husband and myself. We learned so much about the different types of jamon. Our teacher was Veronica and she was wonderful! They gave us so much jamon we ended up taking some to go along with a cheese tray we purchased for our trip the next day to Montserrat. They also let us try a few different types of wine (Cava, white and red). Would highly recommend this tasting class."

"Taking a jamon tasting class is a great way to learn how to experience one of Spain’s cultural cornerstones. We were guided through the most basic jamon up to the most prized and our instructor explained the history, the process, and the correct way to coax all the best flavors out. The class was fun and laid back and our instructor encouraged us to try the different styles of jamon over and over so we could recognize the subtleties ourselves. So glad we took this class!"
