"The class exceeded expectations! Andres is an excellent guide, explaining the history of paellas as well as seafood preparation and, of course the actual cooking. The food was delicious, both the tapas prepared by the sous chef, Janto, and the paellas we prepared. As advertised, various dietary restrictions were accommodated. All in all, a wonderful evening. Highly recommend."
