"This was one of our favorite activities of the trip! The groups are small (it was just our group but the space probably holds no more than 6 at a time) which led to lots of natural conversation. We learned quite a bit about the culture and the food. The guide spoke English but we asked her to speak in Spanish so we could brush up on our Spanish skills. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the area."
