What's Included
- A tasting of at least 3 of the World's Best Olive Oils with an explanation of the techniques that we use in the International Olive Oil Competitions that I judge in. This is not, as is usually the case, a tasting done by a producer of their own oils, it is a tasting where the oils have been chosen by a an expert with 20 years of experience. If people want to, we offer them bread to dip in their oil. This could be the delicious locally-made bread that we normally use; sourdough or gluten-free. Basically Johnny can answer any questions you may have about olive oil: about health, use of oil with food, milling technology, whether you 'can' use olive oil to cook with (of course you can!) and many other things besides.
