"Wonderful Masterclass from a lovely lady called Paula who taught us the steps to make an authentic Seafood Paella. Great experience, even better when we were able to eat it on the roof top area, The paella was the best I’ve ever tasted and Paula also made a delicious sangria. Great value for money and we had a lovely group of people. ."

"We were a little late arriving but Fabio made us most welcome and we were offered a glass of wine and bottle of water and there were meats, cheese and olives to nibble whilst the wonderful aroma from the paella wafted over. Fabio was very knowledgeable and his paella masterclass was both informative and entertaining . We then had a generous plate of paella with wine on the roof top terrace. Delicious!"
