"I recently took a paella cooking and dining class with my nieces and nephew, all in their 20s, and we had an absolute blast. Dani and Eli are phenomenal hosts—warm, engaging, and so much fun. They truly made the evening unforgettable for our group! We all really enjoyed learning to make Paella and getting to know the other travelers in the group. What added to the wonderful evening was the very beautiful setting and making the Paella on the balcony making it feel like a very local Spanish experience. Loved the bottomless Sangria and sharing wine with the catalunya porrón. And there was plenty of tapas and paella to go around!"

What Travelers Say
"This was so so fun and such a great way to immerse into Spanish culture and cuisine. I especially loved meeting people from so many different places. Our chef/instructor Esteban was very helpful and I learned so much! Totally recommend!"
"I like the atmosphere and the fact that it was a small group, that enhanced the experience. One thing to check with Victor, our chef, the concón from DR is better than socarrat. 😜"

"This paella, tapas, and sangria-making experience was one of the highlights of my time in Barcelona. The food was delicious, but what really made the evening special was the people. With a group of about 18 participants, it was a wonderful opportunity to meet travelers from different places and share a fun experience together. Our instructor was charismatic, down-to-earth, and incredibly engaging. He kept the atmosphere relaxed and entertaining while making sure everyone was involved. The evening felt less like a class and more like a gathering of friends enjoying great food, drinks, and conversation. Highly recommended!"

"A must book for when you are in Barcelona!! Great guide, a fun small group with an amazing setting - would thoroughly recommend! Worth every penny :)"
